Thomas E Hallsworth

Born in 1893 to William and Caroline Goodwin.

in 1911 he was living with his parents in 177 Watson Street, Derby as a 19 year-old joiners apprentice, with his siblings; Lizzie aged 16 and Elsie 14.

Private 12287, Sherwood Foresters (Notts and Derby), 2nd Battalion,
was killed in action on Tuesday 20th October 1914, aged 21,
and is remembered on panel 7 in the Ploegstreet Memorial, Comines-Warneton, Hainaut, Belgium
